We took our creativity into the forest in Art Club. The children collected interesting natural treasures and used them to create beautiful textures by pressing them into clay. After exploring patterns and experimenting with rolling techniques, they shaped their pieces into shallow bowls by adding a lip.

What are the advantages of a model over a map? We learned all about why the Army use models and then the children were tasked with creating a model of the forest school, using only the tools that were available on the ground. They showed great teamwork, mapping out as many details as possible of the forest area.
After finishing our models, we enjoyed a pizza baked in the pizza oven!

Following on from a successful day at the ISA Mixed Touch rugby tournament, which saw both our U13A and U15A teams go undefeated. We had 11 pupils (pictured) scouted and invited to attend the next round of England Touch Rugby Trials.
The U15A side also progress to the National finals in Oxford later this month.
Well done everyone, a great day.
