Felix in Year 10 created this amazing animation using Blender.
Stemming from a passion for animation he developed in Year 9 Computer Science lessons, Felix looked at how to make objects appear like liquid and taught himself how to colour them. Fantastic work Felix!

¸£Àû¼§ gathered on Friday afternoon to mark the fallen in a moving act of remembrance. Held every year in honour of the former pupils who gave their lives in defence of the country, the service was well attended by all year 7 and upward pupils, parents, grandparents and staff.
Head boy and girl Lyla and Monty read the Roll of Honour in front of the memorial plaques in the College quad, followed by Hannah reading from Ecclesiasticus, Chapter 44 v1-14
The Service was officiated by Revd Tim Harford and wreaths were laid at the College memorial by Mrs Bakhtiari on behalf of the College; Ashley Warner for the Old Shorehamers’ Association on behalf of the ex-pupils, and the Chair of the Parent’s Association Mrs Charlotte Coe on behalf of the parents.
The last post was beautifully played by Beau.
Principal, Mrs Bakhtiari spoke of the service, "Revd Harford described the antics of Sub-Lieutenant Brian Rebbeck Guy, who joined ¸£Àû¼§ in 1936, at the age of 14. On his last day at the College, Brian was found out after lights out, buying a fish and chip feast to share with his friends. They never did share that feast, having been caught by the then Headmaster who insisted on a donation to charity equal to the cost of the supper. Fewer than four years after leaving ¸£Àû¼§, Brian went on to lose his life while fighting for his country when his aircraft was shot down during a raid on an oil refinery in what is now known as Indonesia. Today we remembered Brian and all of the brave people who have lost their lives for our freedom."

After a lifetime of growing her hair, Danae in Y2 heard about the Little Princess Trust and decided to cut it and donate it to the charity.
Her hair will now be made into a wig for a child or young person who has lost their hair through cancer treatment.
What a wonderful caring thing to do Danae, we are all very proud of you at ¸£Àû¼§, (and your new shorter haircut looks lovely!)
