From a swashbuckling treasure hunt to collaborative art, creative writing and plenty of pirate-themed activities, the day was packed with adventure. The highlight? A well-earned ice lolly to cool down after a day on the high seas! The children loved every minute 鈥� ahoy, what a brilliant day!

馃彈锔� Year 9 have been getting hands-on with structures, designing and building bridges from art straws 鈥� and the results were seriously impressive!
馃 1st place goes to Lydia and Doreen, whose bridge held a massive 6.53kg 鈥� that鈥檚 55.3 times its own weight!
馃 2nd place goes to Xanthe and Ayrton with a close 54.5 strength-to-weight ratio.
馃 3rd place goes to Rupert and Finley, hitting an impressive 51.1 ratio.

馃弳A huge well done to Vinnie in Year 7 who played in goal for the RMA B13 Red team at the Barcelona Football Festival over half-term. The team not only won the international tournament in their age category, but Vinnie was also awarded goalkeeper of the tournament! What a result!馃弳

We have been asked to share the details of a fundraising appeal for Harry Clapham, a local 14 yr old, who suffered a serious spinal injury whilst playing in his school playground last year.
He spent much of the past year in specialist London hospitals and is now facing a long, challenging recovery at home in Hove.
He urgently needs specialist equipment, intensive physio and an accessible vehicle to continue his rehab.
